1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between eaa77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses the platform ("Member", "you"). By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the eaa77 website or mobile platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Eaa77 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Eaa77's Terms & Conditions have been formulated in accordance with international gaming laws and local regulations. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be considered the definitive and final version.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To access eaa77's services, you need to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or inaccurate information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Per person, one only A can open an account.
• Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else or transferring it to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Eaa77 may request identity verification documents at any time — such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years Users must be of legal age. No one under 18 may register or use any service on eaa77. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our highest responsibilities.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use eaa77's services:

• Citizens or residents of countries where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Employees, directors of eaa77, or their immediate family members.
• Anyone previously banned from the platform for violating the rules.
• Anyone who has submitted a self-exclusion request.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Eaa77 supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are generally credited instantly. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met. eaa77 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal to verify any suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Eaa77's bonus and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to the associated conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. Wagering requirement is 20x (deposit + bonus).
• Reload Bonus: The wagering requirement for the weekly reload bonus is 15x.
• Cashback: Cashback is credited directly to your balance with no wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being forfeited.
• Eaa77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Before starting any bet or game session on eaa77, please read the relevant game rules carefully. Each game has its own rules, which are clearly stated on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, eaa77 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In live betting, bets may be accepted or rejected due to network delays.
• Any bets found to involve match fixing or unusual betting patterns will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and are displayed on the platform.

7 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eaa77 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to play games.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using someone else's identity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Eaa77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may request to close their account at any time. If no bonus-related funds remain in the balance at the time of closure, the balance can be withdrawn.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Eaa77 firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all our members to develop healthy and responsible gaming habits.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Limit the duration of your continuous gaming sessions.

• Permanent Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account if you are struggling with a gaming addiction.

10 Limitation of Liability & Legal Responsibility

Eaa77 provides its services on an "as is" basis. eaa77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures. However, eaa77 reserves the right to reclaim any credits erroneously added to a member's account due to a system error.
